When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may request cancellation if:
Your order has not yet been processed or dispatched
The ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock
You accidentally placed a duplicate order
Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will fall under our Return or Exchange Policy after delivery.

Prepaid Order Cancellation
If a prepaid order is successfully canceled before dispatch:
A full refund will be issued
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible
Mobile banking refunds are generally completed faster than card refunds
Estimated refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking network.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation
Cash on Delivery orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation without any cancellation charge.
However, repeated order cancellations or refusal to receive confirmed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
Pre-Order Cancellation
Certain products may require advance booking or supplier confirmation.
Pre-order items can only be canceled before the final confirmation or sourcing stage begins.
Once supplier processing or shipment preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible unless the item becomes unavailable or significantly delayed.
Order Cancellation by Authenthik
Authenthik reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including:
Product unavailability
Failed payment verification
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
Unexpected operational or technical issues
In such cases, eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded accordingly.
